PRICES

The prices shown include the Value Added Tax (VAT) legally applicable in Spain and the rest of the European Union and are indicated in Euros. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices shown do not include shipping costs.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart according to the zip code of the destination location.
The products offered on the website will be shipped worldwide.

DELIVERY TIMES
 
The products, once paid, will be shipped in 1 or 2 days in the case of non-personalized products and 3 or 4 days in the case of personalized products.
The time indicated may suffer slight delays in times of high demand, these delays do not imply a reduction in shipping costs.
 

DELIVERY TIME OF THE ORDER

Delivery times depend on the postal and courier services of the destination. As a guideline, delivery times (except in case of force majeure) are:
Spain: Between 2 or 3 working days.
European Union: between 3 and 10 working days.
Non EU Europe: between 3 and 15 working days.
United States and Canada: Between 3 and 5 working days.

CUSTOMS CHARGES 

Sales outside the European Union are considered imports of products into the country of destination. This may entail customs charges that must be borne by the consumer.

WARRANTY

All Doce Cuentas and Goody Tribe designs are handmade in Spain and have an extensive warranty in all countries where they are sold. The warranty is subject to the legal provisions in force in each country.
This warranty covers all possible manufacturing defects that may arise, but in no case those caused by improper use of the product by the customer.
To benefit from this warranty it is necessary and obligatory to present a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

In Doce Cuentas we offer you the possibility to return your purchase within a maximum period of 30 days from the delivery of the order.
To do so, please contact customer service: info@docecuentas.com indicating your order number and we will begin to manage the return.
All returns will be made using the same payment method.

The products must be in the same condition in which you received them, keeping the original packaging and labeling. Along with the returned items you must include proof of purchase, your name and address specifying on the package that it is a return.
The returned products will be carefully inspected and once verified that they are in perfect condition we will proceed to pay the corresponding amount.

Please understand that in the return we cannot complete the shipping costs corresponding to the initial order.
Due to the handmade process of Doce Cuentas products may vary slightly in color or shape from the images shown on our website. If you wish to make a change of size or color, you will have to place a new order, returning your previous order and requesting the refund of the same.
