❀ Krobo beads: They come from Ghana. Their manufacturing process is made from crystal and glass bottles sorted by colors to later fragment and pulverize them. In this way, the base with which the beads will be made is obtained. The resulting powder is baked in ovens in clay molds melting the glass. Finally they are polished and, depending on the type of beads, hand-painted using ceramic dyes.

🤲 Recycled glass beads are made using traditional craft techniques. In general, they usually contain imperfections such as asymmetries, cracks etc. derived from their own manufacturing process, which makes them even more beautiful.
